Directions

With its subtly sweet, rich flavour and gently whipped velvety texture, the simplest way is just to enjoy one or two teaspoons of manuka honey a day straight from the spoon or mixed with warm water.

Manuka honey may also be applied topically to the skin to help reduce inflammation and irritation associated with acne and assist with wound healing. To do this, apply a thin layer of MGO 550+ manuka honey directly to the skin and then cover the affected area.
